Contra Film are searching for a talented and experienced Production Coordinator! This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly, organised and passionate filmmaker wanting to join a creative video production company based in Greenwich.
You will be supporting our Producers in organising the production of a wide range of corporate, commercial and documentary videos. Your work will be very varied from each production to the next, and we’ll need your help to make sure each project runs smoothly from pre production through to final delivery; staying on budget and on schedule at all times.
Your work may include (but isn’t limited to) office management duties, coordinating schedules, location scouting, visas, carnets, casting, sourcing crew, creating risk assessments, organising logistics both nationally and internationally and creating call sheets. With any production, anything could happen, so we’re looking for someone who is quick at solving problems and isn’t afraid of getting stuck in!
This role requires a Production Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in coordinating for the corporate, commercial and broadcast video production industry. While your role will be primarily focussed on production, we’re keen to find someone who is also comfortable with providing research support for our Producers.
Working hours: 9.30 - 6 Monday to Friday (occasionally, longer hours may be required).
